Spring is here and many people are hitting the road or hopping on a plane! 🏖️
It can be difficult to make healthy choices when travelling, but with some basic snacking tricks, you can keep your health top of mind.
Here are my top 5 things to reach for next time you're at an airport or stopped at a gas station:
🍫 Protein Bar: High in protein and will keep you satiated, preventing you from snacking on junk.
🥩 Beef Jerky: Another great source of protein AND fat, that is fun and easy to snack on.
🥜 Trail Mix/Nuts: A healthy source of fats that is great for those who like to just have a few.
🍌 Fruit: This may be hit or miss, but if there’s a good piece of fruit there be sure to grab it.
💦 Water: I know damn well you aren’t already drinking enough water so do yourself a favour and get a bottle!
