1. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY PROGRAM?

After your payment is processed, you'll receive a personalized welcome form and program agreement directly to your email. From there, we'll have all the info needed to create your program and onboard you onto our Trainerize platform. 

2. HOW CAN I TRACK MY RESULTS?

Once you're set up on our Trainerize platform, you'll have the ability to log workouts and track nutrient and training compliance directly with your coach. At the end of each week you'll receive a progress report and badges for your achievements. 

3. DOES IT INTEGRATE WITH MY OTHER FITNESS APPS?  

Yes! Your Trainerize profile can integrate directly with your Apple Watch, FitBit, MyFitnessPal, and WiThings. 

4. CAN I OPT OUT AT ANY TIME?
